            Yori tends to keep people at arms-length when it comes to his personal life. He finds it to be a good way to keep people interested in him, and it makes things more fun to leave people guessing. This does not mean that he avoids contact with people though nor is he shy in any way. If he is approached by someone he will respond to them with ease. He is very easy to hold a conversation if the other can put up with his smooth comments as well as sarcastic ones. He uses these to avoid becoming the topic of conversation, or to tease the person if he’s close to them.

            Yori is aware of the fact that his appearance draws attention, but he was taught it was a good thing. Because of this Yori can seem a little overwhelming for shy people because he has an abundance of pride. While normally this is a good thing, it can get him stuck in arguments because he hates the idea of giving up. Best bet is to give Yori room to cool his head when he gets angry; sometimes he needs time to think over things. Other than that, he is usually pretty chill and prefers to avoid drama that doesn’t involve him or a friend. He finds most of these to be too trival for his liking.

            Yori values friendships very highly because he didn’t have many growing up. He is a bit more open to his friends and very dependable. Secretly he is a total sweetheart who would do anything for people he cares about; but good luck getting a glimpse of it.

 History: 

    The only son of the Founder of a huge web business and an actress, Yori was born into an easy, comfortable life. His family’s house was on the edge of city up in the mountains a bit where the weather stayed cooler. The location of their house somewhat secluded the family, so Yori’s only friend was the son of one of the maids, Eric. The two were very close, until they turned five and Eric began to attend school while Yori was home schooled. Yori became jealous of that and eventually the two just drifted. Yori blamed his parents for it and began to isolate himself away from them. It concerned his parents, who had set everything up the way they thought was best for him.
    When Yori turned 14 his parents decided to allow him to go to live with his uncle (a Zapdos) and attend the school there. His uncle did not have the money that Yori’s parents did but he didn’t mind at all. He spent the whole year with his uncle at the school and absolutely loved it. He adjusted pretty easily and didn’t have many problems with people because they recognized his name. He pretty much took over as the ‘popular’ boy and he became quite a smooth talker. He did have an incident where someone touched his wings and Yori froze his hand but other than that the whole experience was extremely positive. When the year ended, Yori’s parents took him back to his dismay, but Yori had already grown very independent. His parents had an even tougher time handling him than before, so after a year more of home schooling, his parents found a high class school to send Yori to and he agreed to going immediately.

His wingspan is approx. 6 feet
In direct sunlight his wings glitter because there is a very thin layer of ice on the feathers.
Likewise, he can make the air around shimmer by condensing the molecules. He does this as a display when he feels like someone is looking down at him or to impress someone. It’s a fun little trick he uses as a host.
He mutters to himself a lot, claiming it helps him focus. 
His wings are extremely sensitive. If they're touched by someone he doesn't know or trust he'll get snappy. (Mostly because it's a turn on...) He also tends to flutter them or fluff the feathers when he is nervous, or embarrassed. 
The feathers on his head cannot be removed.
He prefers flying to walking because it is much faster.
He is not actually cold to the touch despite his type. The only exception is his wings, but he can get rid of the thin ice. He can also lower his body temperature.
He puts on an emotional show; he really does care.
